Shooters kill trooper in Benin, take packs of cash

Shooters thought to be equipped on Wednesday gone after a Military watch van in Edo State, killing a fighter and trucking away sacks accepted to have been stacked with cash.

Three troopers were said to have been in the tactical vehicle that was going towards Ikpoba Slope when the burglars struck at the traffic signals along Akpakpava Street by First Intersection around 2.10 pm.

The suspects drove a plain Toyota Camry vehicle against the traffic confronting the tactical vehicle as two of the four inhabitants purportedly landed and started shooting at the warriors

The three troopers were said to have deserted their watch vehicle and the sacks as they fled.

Onlookers said the outfitted men took the packs from the watch van after the fighters had escaped.

A retailer expressed, “One of the three warriors fell while taking off, he attempted to get up, however he would, he be able to was dying. Afterward, his two different associates came to meet him however they were vulnerable.”

Reached, the Advertising Official, 4 Unit Nigerian Armed force base camp, Benin City, Commander Yusuf Sokoya, basically said, “I will see whether it is valid. Try not to call once more, I will call you.”
