Nigeria: Yes, Sifon ‘Best’ Iwatt won a cash prize of N2 million and the title at GOtv Boxing 30

Sifon ‘Best’ Iwatt emerged as the best boxer at GOtv Boxing Night 30 and won the Mojisola Ogunsanya Memorial Trophy along with a cash prize of N2 million. Iwatt secured the national super flyweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Saheed ‘Eagle’ Azeez. 

The event also featured other exciting bouts, including Taiwo ‘Gentle Boy’ Olowu winning the West African Boxing Union super welterweight title and Ahmed ‘Eshe’ Ganiyu knocking out Ayanfe ‘Battle Boy’ Adeoye in the national light welterweight bout. 

The national bantamweight challenge ended in a draw, while Abdulafeez ‘Big Name’ Osoba won by technical knockout in the national super welterweight category. Bolatito ‘Black Tito’ Oluwole also secured a unanimous decision victory in the national female cruiserweight challenge fight.
