Rivers, father of three, arrested on suspicion of defiling teenage domestic worker

The Rivers State Police Command has announced that its operatives have arrested a 42-year-old man, simply identified as Kowale, at Ejekwu Street, Eneka, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, for allegedly defiling his 13-year-old domestic helper. .

Sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the suspect, an oil rig worker, slept with girls whenever he was in town without his wife’s knowledge.
A source said: “The man is married, has three children and the girl lives with them. He is an oil rig worker and is not usually around. He takes leave and returns to work, where he spends several weeks.
“When he’s in town and his wife isn’t around, he usually lets his 13-year-old housekeeper have his way. The girl has been living with them for several months.
