One Suspect apprehended in connection with the murder of Federal Poly Offa Student

In Kwara State, Commissioner of Police Mr. Victor Olaiya reported the arrest of a suspect linked to the murder of Toyin Bamidele, a Higher National Diploma (HND) 1 student at the Federal Polytechnic, Offa. The tragic incident occurred at her residence in Dampson hostel, Atari area.
The police, led by the Divisional Police Officer, conducted preliminary investigations, revealing signs of violence on the victim’s face and neck. Miss Bamidele’s body was taken to Wale Clinic and Hospital, where she was confirmed dead.
The arrested suspect is aiding the ongoing investigation, and the police emphasize their commitment to unraveling the crime. The public is urged to remain vigilant, as the command prioritizes ensuring the safety and security of citizens.
