Nigeria: Two LAUTECH understudies, driver consumed to death in Osun road accident

Two final undergraduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo state, have passed on in a deadly accident in Osun state, on Wednesday.

The driver of the 18-seater transport, which burst into flames at Ojutu area of Ilobu, Irepodun Neighborhood Government Region of the state, was likewise killed in the mishap.

Observers unveiled that the Mazda transport burst into fire on speed and the three casualties were scorched to death on the spot, while five others supported different consumed wounds.

Affirming the occurrence on Thursday, the Osun Area Authority of the Government Street Wellbeing Corp, FRSC, Agnes Ogungbemi said the episode was because of speed limit infringement and loss of control.

She added that a portion of the harmed casualties were taken to Uniosun Showing Medical clinic in Osogbo, while others have been taken to a confidential clinic in the town.

She added that the three cell phones recuperated at the scene were given over to the police.

The Sector Commander, Henry Benamaisia, encouraged drivers to drive cautiously on open thruways to stay away from pointless demise.
