
Nigeria: Police officers, kill two Osun kidnapers, rescue victim

Two suspected kidnappers have been shot dead in Iwo, Osun State, as a consolidated security team of police and hunters rescued a herder recognized just as Alhaji Adamu who was kidnapped in Dishonor town.
PUNCH Metro discovered that Adamu was kidnapped in the early long periods of Tuesday by a 11-man group that went after the town.
It was further discovered that cops and trackers raged the shrub nearby, found where Adamu was held and drawn in his abductors in return of shots.
During the shootout, two of the abductors were allegedly shot dead while others escaped into the bramble with gunfire wounds.

The casualty was anyway saved and taken to an emergency clinic in Iwo town.
