Nigeria: Mohbad’s autopsy completed

The Police have said the autopsy of late artist, Ilerioluwa Aloba famously known as Mohbad, has been completed.

The Police made this known on its X (Twitter) page on Thursday night.

Review that Lagos State Police command, Benjamin Hundeyin, had prior declared that Mohbad’s body was exhumed for autopsy.

“The Police wish to illuminate the public that the examination system for Mr Mohbad has been effectively finished,” the Police composed.

“Moreover, the data will be given when the outcomes are free,” it added.

Mohbad’s passing, last Tuesday, raised worries, as a blaming finger was pointed at the Marlian Record Name’s proprietor, Afeez Fashola, expertly known as Naira Marley.

He has since said he was honest, and participating in the call for examination and equity.

Likewise, there have been charges and counter-claims from family members over Mohbad’s bequest.

Nigerians questioned why he was covered at Ikorodu in Lagos daily after he passed on. In any case, his dad gave a clarification, saying that the family followed Yoruba custom.

In the mean time, Nigerian youths have organized quiet fights the nation over to request equity for him, with a candlelight parade and show held in Lekki, Lagos, today.

The Police have promised to test his demise, as the Lagos State Lead command, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, likewise requested that the Division from State Administrations, DSS, to participate in the investigation.
