Nigeria: MohBad would be alive if he came to us — OPC

THE Oodua People’s Congress, OPC, has censured the demise of Nigerian Rapper, Mohbad, who kicked the bucket as of late at 27 years old, saying, that in the event that he had opened up to the gathering about his struggles, he would have been remained careful from his aggressors.
In a sympathy message to Mohbad’s close family, management team and fans, OPC President, Otunba Wasiu Afolabi, depicted the demise of the performer as an unquantifiable yet avoidable misfortune.
“OPC sees the demise of this promising, dedicated and gifted youthful performer as an individual misfortune since he was a genuine Yoruba Minister, whose tunes and craftsmanship advanced the Yoruba language and individuals,” expressed Afolabi in a press explanation endorsed by OPC General Secretary, Friend Bunmi Fasehun.
The assertion read to a limited extent: ” In any case, we accept he, his folks and the board should have involved the OPC when the conflict among Mohbad and different partners raised to the place of terrorizing, attack and tormenting.
“OPC has effectively interceded in such cases before and we enjoy carried harmony and amicability to such fighting gatherings as per the general inclination of one and all.
“At times we act alone and once in a while as a team with the Police Power, Common Protection and DSS. However, by the day’s end, we safeguard the feeble against the solid oppressor.
“Where fundamental, we can take the case straightforwardly to the public authority. However, as a rule, the simple notice of OPC being involved will carry mental soundness to all concerned, regardless of who that individual or association believes himself to be.
