Gasland Nigeria Ltd. refuted accusations of being responsible for the recent explosion in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State. In a detailed statement released to the press on Tuesday, the company emphasized the security and operational integrity of its facility.

The statement conveyed the company’s active cooperation with emergency responders and local authorities to ascertain the incident’s cause and ensure the safety of those in the vicinity. It expressed sympathy for those affected and pledged support to the community during this challenging period.

Gasland Nigeria Ltd. reiterated its commitment to prioritizing safety, asserting that the well-being of employees, neighbors, and the environment is their paramount concern.
