There is shock at the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, in Ikot Ekpene Nearby Government Region as two female understudies were killed by a moving truck only two days before the finish of their Public Confirmation program in the organization.

that the occurrence occurred on Monday when the driver of the truck let completely go and slammed into the young ladies killing them in a split second on the spot.

that the occurrence happened a couple of meters from the school’s premises, close to the intersection of Ikot Inyang town, along Aba Street in Ikot Ekpene.

Abasifreke Okon and Irene Edwin, both of whom belonged to the Ikot Abasi and Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Areas, passed away while they were preparing for their practical examinations on Wednesday.
