Keep away from battle with Niger Republic, El-Rufai tells ECOWAS

A previous legislative head of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, suggested that the Monetary People group of West African States keep away from a potential conflict with Niger since it would basically be a fight between siblings.
