Again bendel Protection FC of Benin, Edo State is ready to leave a mark on the world as they play at the Mainland stage interestingly following 34 years, in the initial round of this season’s CAF Confederation Cup against Aso Chlef of Algeria on Saturday (today).
ASO Chlef are the 2022/23 Algerian Cup champs and will confront Nigeria’s League Cup holders, Bendel Protection across two legs and the victor will continue to the second round of Africa’s subsequent level club rivalry.
Director of Edo State Sports Commission, Mr. Yusuf Alli, in a proclamation on Wednesday in Benin, engaged the Benin Stockpiles fans to turn out in their numbers to cheer their sweetheart group to triumph.
