Operatives of the Edo State Police Command have arrested two suspects, Marvelous Imiefoh, 20, and Uwaghele John, 24, for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 24-year-old woman (named undisclosed).

The suspects were arrested by the police in Ekpoma after the victim reported his case to the Ekpoma Police Station.

Parading the suspects on Thursday in Benin, the state capital, the command’s spokesperson, Chidi Nwanbuzor, said the victim reported to police that she had been attacked and attacked by two men who met her.
