A British woman, Ramandeep Kaur Mann, is found guilty of her husband’s death in India and sentenced to death by hanging.

She was returning from a month-long family holiday in Shahjahanpur, Sukhjeet’s hometown, when she carried out the plan to kill her husband of 11 years, the report said.
She committed a heinous act by poisoning the food she gave to several members of her family, but her eldest son did not eat it.
On the morning of September 2, 2016, Sukhjeet’s body was found in a pool of blood on the first floor of her house where she was sleeping with her family.
Sukhjeet’s mother Vansh Kaur was said to have been sleeping on the first floor of her house.
Murder charges were filed against Kaur Mann and Gurpreet, and during the investigation, the police discovered that both the killers were in a relationship.
